Funding of the university clinic "Biosannum" in Oradea / Romania This project involves the financing of a university hospital with an international training center (doctors and staff), research and development department for vaccines and medicines, production and sales department, as well as the entire infrastructure with hotel and gastronomy. This pilot project is planned in collaboration with the Romanian State / County of Bihor and the EU. The initiator of this project, Mrs. Dr. Maria Farkas is a self-employed physician and biochemist who has been involved in drug and vaccine research for many years, has launched her own patents and developed biological drugs and vaccines. The focus is on biomolecular and stem cell research in DNA-altered diseases. The total financial expenditure is 255 million euros divided into 3 modules. Refinancing / repayment - Module repayments of investments are taken over by the European Development Fund (up to approx. 65%). Written commitment by the EU after confirmation of financing. - Production and sale of high quality biological drugs - Revenue from medical care for patients - Revenue from training of (foreign) students and doctors. Architectural concept The campus consists of 9 different buildings on an area of approximately 45 000 m²: - Hospital buildings, pediatrics and gynecology, rehabilitation buildings, dermatology and allergology, oncology / radiotherapy, restoration medicine, general laboratory and - Research / micro-production building, - University building, - Administrative and insurance buildings, - Accommodation for domestic and foreign students, - Competence Center.
