For sale is a Holding/Ltd registered in San Gwann, Malta with two Maltese Limited/Ldt and small real estate holdings/apartments in Hungary. This Maltese Holding/Ldt with the two Ltd also registered in Malta was founded about 10 years ago and is debt-free. The company headquarters is registered with a renowned Maltese and international company administration. The Holding / Ltd with the two Ldt is free of debt and encumbrances and is sold in the share deal process. This company package (holding/Ldt incl. the two Ldt) is managed by an Austrian managing director. Since 2016, one of these Ltd has owned four apartments in the 4-star Palace Hotel in Heviz (Hungary) and a parking space in the hotel''s own underground car park. All apartments are parified. Each apartment is registered separately in the Hungarian land register. The owner of the apartments is also a co-owner of the entire spa area and thus has unlimited access to the hotel''s wellness area, with a swimming pool, various saunas (infrared cabin, steam bath, salt cave) and various relaxation areas.
