Near the settlement of 8752 Zalakomár, in the Zala district of the Nagykanizsa region, a plot of land of 291,645 m2 (approx. 29 ha) is for sale, which until a few years ago was used for peat extraction. Due to the sunny location of the property in southern Hungary, as well as the appropriate rezoning process (which must be initiated by the owner before selling), this property represents an ideal area for the construction of a solar park (possible industrial development area).
