Description
The new residential complex consists of three structures. Each has a staircase and an elevator. Both the basement and the first floor extend mostly under the natural terrain. The basement contains technical and storage rooms.
The 1st floor apartments will each have an atrium facing south, located below the natural ground level and placed on top of the underground parking garage. The heating, cooling and hot water supply of the residential complex will be provided sustainably with the help of deep probes.
The residential complex extends over two full upper floors, as well as a staggered attic. There will be accessible terraces of various sizes on all floors upon completion. Underground parking will be located in the common basement level of the complex.
